Renovation of an educational facility in Browns Summit, North Carolina. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
The project includes: Demolish and replace the existing packaged air cooled chiller with (2) 120 ton packaged chillers and replace (2) chilled water pumps including all piping modifications, electrical work, and Bac Net controls system modifications and programming. Flush, fill and vent chilled water system and provide cleaner, water treatment, and glycol charge for the entire closed loop chilled water system. All work under this contract is to be included in a Single Prime contract to the successful bidder. A 5% Bid Bond and 100% Performance and Labor and Material Payment Bonds are required for this project. Requests for printed packages shall include a check for the package cost and a Bill To shipping account number and must be received no later than 5:00 pm Tuesday November 26, 2024.
