This transaction by the Fire District may be subject to a Referendum pursuant to Section 6-g of the General Municipal Law and/or Section 176 of the ofthe Town Law. All bidders will be required to hold a firm price for a period of eighteen (18) months from the date of the bid opening, which is the time within which the Fire District may award a contract. The Board of Fire Commissioners reservesthe right to reject any and all bids, or to waive informalities, as its interests may require. This transaction by the Fire District may be subject to a Referendum pursuant to Section 6-g of the General Municipal Law and/or Section 176 of the ofthe Town Law. Specifications for removal of the Stoop and Fabrication of a new one located at 25 Gibbs Pond Road Nesconset NY 11767. o Demolition of existing stoop o Install new footing to install block 12"xl6" o Install new 8"xl6" block o Fill block with concrete and reinforce w/rebar #4 o Install new brick against block o Install brick on treads face o Install bluestone - 7 steps treads 14" wide x 6' long o Install bluestone on platform stoop - 10'x6" o Remove all waste material
