**As of January 30, 2025, project was awarded to Perry Painting and Restoration, LLC., awarded amount is $507,529.50. UNIT PRICE CONTRACT consisting of construction of approximately 21,385 linear feet of water main which includes 18,619 linear feet of 3-inch PVC water main installed by open trench methods, 2,766 linear feet of 3-inch PVC water main installed by horizontal directional drilling, 17 gate valves, 11 manual air release assemblies, 4 3-inch flushout assemblies, 26 customer service connections (20 standard meter settings and 6 tandem meter settings), 711 linear feet of service tubing (557 linear feet directionally drilled), 2 tie-ins to the existing water distribution system, and other appurtenances necessary to complete the work. The project has an expected duration of 540 days to Substantial Completion and 570 days to Final Completion. Each Bidder must submit with his Bid, security in the amount, form and subject to the conditions provided in the Instruction for Bidders. All work done under this contract shall be subject to all Federal Davis Bacon Wage rates and rules No Bidder may withdraw his Bid within 60 days after the actual date of the opening thereof. The Owner reserves the right to waive any informality or to reject any and all Bids. Owner - We ask that any bidders email us their information to obtain a password for bid documents.
