Plans call to construct 60,000-80,000 square-foot facility with140-200 bed residential placement facility will offer full rehab and secure treatment for boys and girls on a 67-acre wooded rural site. Other plans will include courtroom and law offices and complete counseling for juveniles who run in trouble with the law. As of January 15, 2026, the project is in early stage of planning. A feasibility study has not yet in place. A professional design services solicitation has not been determined. Further details regarding design, construction, and completion timelines have not been established. Funding has not been allocated.
