"Curbside Recyclable Material Collection and Disposal Services for the Township of Millstone 2025-2029" Bids must be submitted on the bid forms furnished by Millstone Township and enclosed in a sealed envelope addressed to: Amanda Salerno, Purchasing Agent/Treasurer Millstone Township 470 Stagecoach Road Millstone Twp, NJ 08510 The envelope must be plainly marked on the outside with the words: CURBSIDE RECYCLABLE MATERIAL COLLECTION AND DISPOSAL SERVICES 2025-2029 and include the name of the bidder. All bidders must submit with the bid a Guarantee of 10%, not to exceed $20,000.00, of the bid amount in the form of a bid bond or cashier's check; a Surety Bond for the faithful Performance of the contract from a company licensed to do business within the State of New Jersey for the full amount of the bid; and, a statement of corporate ownership. Successful contractors shall provide all documents required within the "General Conditions and Instructions to Bidders" upon contract award as specified. Bidders are required to comply with the requirements of P.L. 1975, c.127 regarding Affirmative Action requirements and where applicable, the Prevailing Wage Law, P.L. 1963, c.150 as amended. The Township Committee of Millstone Township reserves the right to reject any and all bids if it is in the best interest of the Township as per 40A:11-13.2. The awarding of a bid will be contingent upon the adoption of the 2025 Township Budget.
