As of September 22, 2025, an architect and a constructon manager has been selected and this project is in the pre-construction/negotiated status. Phase I demolition is waiting on permit with completion in Dec 2026. Phase II summer of 2026 - summer of 2027. Phase III Dec 26 - Spring 28. *The closed solicitation has been included below for reference: The Wyoming City School District Board of Education is seeking professional design services. The Board of Education is interested in developing plans, drawings, and specifications for the construction of three new primary schools (K-4) consistent with its Primary Facilities Master Plan and the 7.98 mill bond issue passed by the voters on November 5, 2024. The estimated total budget for the Project is $72,500,000. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
