PHONE SYSTEM REPLACEMENT NETWORK SUPPORT - INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY & SERVICES - Network support for County-wide phone system replacement. Washtenaw County reserves the right to reject any and all proposals received as a result of this RFP. If a proposal is selected, it will be the most advantageous regarding price, quality of service, the CONTRACTORS qualifications and capabilities to provide the specified service, and other factors that the County may consider. The County is seeking a vendor to provide network support in the following: Support implementation of RingCentral cloud-based phone solution from a networking perspective Understand networking architecture best practices as it relates to cloud-based phone solutions Provide guidance on best practices for quality of service (QOS) for cloud-based phone solutions Troubleshoot quality of service (QOS) issues and other issues related to Ring Central calls and services Help ensure best practices for network security as it pertains to cloud-based phone systems Assist with Business Continuity Plan and Disaster Recovery for our cloud-based phone system Update and maintain network documentation Mentor and educate existing employees to transfer knowledge Monitor performance and make upgrade recommendations using management or monitoring tools Recommend architecture adjustments, configuration changes and network upgrades as required Install, configure, troubleshoot, and maintain network infrastructure and network monitoring tools and hardware as required or directed Excellent partner relationship skills as shown through project and day to day activities Advanced technical skills with the ability to plan, architect and implement complex technology systems Identification of Internet Resiliency Needs Identify critical locations that may need increased internet bandwidth and/or fail over 5g service.
