Mechanical Construction contract includes, but is not limited to, installation of new indoor, wall mounted mini-split units with outdoor unit, and new individual mini-split heat pump systems with corresponding indoor ceiling cassette units with outside air intakes for each office. Electrical Construction contract supports the mechanical scope including, but not limited to, new branch circuit power for all new HVAC systems. General Construction contract supports the mechanical scope including, but not limited to, installation of roof curbs, removal and reinstallation of acoustic ceiling, exterior wall penetrations, and patch/repair of epdm roofing. A satisfactory corporate surety shall provide security in an amount equal to 10% of the base bid together with the aggregate sum of all additive alternates. All proposals shall be irrevocable for sixty (60) days after bid opening date, unless delayed due to required approvals of another governmental agency, sale of bonds, or the award of a grant or grants, in which case bids shall be irrevocable for one hundred twenty (120) days.
