The project is expected to be awarded on January 13th. ** Asbestos Abatement and Demolition of 937 W Washington Street The Engineer's Estimate for this work is $230,046.25. All questions shall be submitted no later than 8:00AM on Thursday, December 5,2024, through written means only and directed to the Megan Stookey at mstookev@ctivofsandusky.com. This project is Davis Bacon prevailing wages. The successful bidder shall be required to pay wages equal to or exceeding the minimum wages as currently published by the US Department of Labor and HUD-4010, Federal Labor Standard Provisions.
