Remodeling of a mixed-use development in Sandusky, Ohio. Conceptual plans call for the remodel of a educational facility; and laboratory facility.
Career Tech Computer Lab Remodel at Sandusky High School Required Services Are All Architectural and Engineering Services for the Complete Facility. Qualified Firms Shall Have Completed a Minimum of 5 Career Tech Facilities of Similar Size Completed Within the Last 10 Years. Firms Must Be Licensed and Authorized to Work in the State of Ohio. The Project Generally Consists of a Remodeling an Existing Classroom at Sandusky High School to House a Computer Lab. The Project Budget is $741,448.00. Funding is Being Provided by the State of Ohio Cte Facilities Expansion Grant. Design Work is Anticipated to Begin as Soon as a Contract Can Be Negotiated With Construction to Start in 10 Months. The Board of Education Reserves the Right to Accept or Reject Any or All Statements of Qualifications Submitted. As Required by Ohio Revised Code 153.65-73, Responding Firms Will Be Evaluated and Ranked in Order of Their Qualifications. Firms May Be Short-listed and Interviewed. Following Their Evaluation, the Sandusky City Schools Will Enter Into Contract Negotiations With the Most Highly Qualified Firm. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
