Mills Creek Golf Course Trail Project Estimate of Cost $31,271.11 All questions shall be directed to Megan Stookey at mstookev@citvofsanduskvc.om in writing via email no later than 8:00 am on Friday, January 24, 2025 The project consists of using a mill machine to excavate out a 5' wide, 4,000ft long path along the front of the course as pictures on the attached map, installing a geotextile fabric in areas that appear to be soft, and placing 3" of asphalt grindings with a paving machine and static roller. Prior to work beginning, staff will meet the contractor on site to spray out the location of the trail. To protect the ground during wet conditions or if the ground is too soft for equipment, boards or another approved method, should be used to travel on to the work zone. In an effort to protect the irrigation system, notify staff 72 hours prior to work so that lines can be marked out prior to work to avoid damage to the system. All areas affected by construction shall be seeded, fertilized, and mulched. Topsoil shall be tamped and leveled to blend with the surrounding grade to ensure positive drainage away from the path without ponding other areas.
