The City of Sandusky, Department of Community Development is requesting bids for asbestos surveys located at the following parcels: 1. 530 Lockwood St. (garage only), Parcel 57-00204.000 2. 717 Warren St., Parcel 57-03930.000 3. 1224 Seavers Way 4. 1528 Columbus Ave. 5. Alternate Bid: 1202 Huntington Ave. (garage only), Parcel 57-05358.000. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact Nicole Grohe, by e-mail at ngrohe@cityofsandusky.com. The surveys must be completed within 15 days of the issuance of the Notice to Commence. All work will be completed in strict accordance with all local, state, and federal EPA, ODH and OSHA regulations. The City intends to award all properties to one contractor, but reserves the right to eliminate any of the above addresses from the contract depending on availability of funds or any other reason. The selected contractor must provide an asbestos removal quote per property. The selected contractor cannot be the primary contractor during the demolition process, but may serve as a secondary.
