Renovation of a mixed-use development in Mountlake Terrace, Washington. Completed plans call for the renovation of a fire / police facility.

This contract provides for improvements to the back-up power system supporting Police station and Fire station facilities, including but not limited to the removal of an existing generator, Police station ATS and Fire station ATS; intercept existing service with termination at new CT CAN (meter cabinet); and installation of a new NEC 702 Generator, service rated police station ATS and fire station ATS. The work also includes structural assessment of the existing generator platform and minor restoration of disturbed areas, and other work, all in accordance with the attached Contract Plans, these Contract Provisions, and the Standard Specifications. All contractors must be licensed in the State of Washington to conduct business. All work performed on this project is subject to state prevailing wage rates.
