Environmental, Engineering Design, and Traffic Operations Support Services - Country Club Drive Question Deadline 11/25/2024 at 5:00 PM PT Online Q&A Yes Proposers must have and demonstrate their complete knowledge of California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) environmental planning policies and procedures and the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA). Proposers must also have and demonstrate their experience in providing professional environmental planning, engineering design, and traffic operations support services (experience with California local governments is desirable). This RFP includes a description of the evaluation and selection process, scope of work, proposal requirements, and insurance requirements. The successful Proposer will complete services on a public works project involving local funds. Proposals must be consistent with applicable prevailing wage requirements. It is anticipated that this Request for Proposals (RFP) will result in the award of one (1) agreement with the top-ranked Proposer for a three (3) year period. qualified and experienced firms (hereinafter referred to as "Proposer" or "firm") to provide environmental, engineering design, and traffic operations support services for the Country Club Drive Extension - Silva Valley Parkway to Tong Road Project, Capital Improvement Program (CIP) #36105008 (hereinafter referred to as "Project") in El Dorado Hills, California, as required for the County's Department of Transportation (DOT). The Project will construct a new two-lane road from Silva Valley Parkway to Tong Road. A portion of the road segment will include curb, gutter, and sidewalk. The Project includes intersection improvements where necessary on Silva Valley Parkway, Tong Road, and Clarksville Road (Attachment A, Conceptual Layout, is included for reference). The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
