Pond Maintenance Description: For the making of the following described local improvements, said proposal for the furnishing of all labor and materials for the construction, complete in place of the following approximate quantities: 5,850 CY Excavation - Channel and Pond 1340 CY Excavation - Channel and Pond (SP) 849 LF Clean Pipe Sewer 2,660 SY Rolled Erosion Prevention 69 CY Random Riprap Class III 0.6 ACRE Seeding There is no pre-bid conference for this project. For electronic bids, electronic bid bonds will also be accepted through Surety 2000 using contract #9422098. The bid bonds must be payable to the City of Burnsville in the amount of five percent (5%) of the amount of bid, to be forfeited as liquidated damages in the event that the bid is accepted and the bidder shall fail to promptly enter into a written contract and furnish the required bond. The City of Burnsville reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive informalities, and to award the bid in the best interest of the City. No bids may be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) days.
