That the Board of County Commissioners, Leflore County, State of Oklahoma, is Accepting Sealed Bid Proposals Furnishing the Following Materials for Leflore County Highway Projects During the Period From January 1, 2025 Up to and Including June 30, 2025. Bituminous Materials: Aggregates for Bituminous Surface Courses a Ndbase , and Traffic Bound Surface Courses: Sand Asphalt Base Course : Blended Crushed Limestone and Sandre claimed Crushedas Phaltic Concrete treated Piling: Treated Bridge Lumber: Corrugate Metal Pipe (Round and Arched); Reinforced Concrete Pipe Class "a" and Class "aa" Concrete: Steel Grader Blades : Prestressed Concrete bridgetees: Nails and Road Oil. The Board of County Commissioners is Asking for Proposals for the Furnishing of the Above Set Out Materials to Be Furnished at Any Time From January 1, 2025 Up to and Including June30,2025 , Without Any Stated or Estimated Quantities Being Given. The Board of County Commissioners Does Not Agree by the Acceptance of These Quotations to Purchase at Any Time Any Give No Rstated Amount, but Reserves the Right to Purchase in Such Amounts and at Such Times as It May Deem Necessary. The Contractor in Making a Proposal of Quotation on Any Such Items Will Be Expected to Furnish Any Materials Upon Which He May Bid Under This Plan in Such Amount and at Such Times and at the Prices Quoted in His Proposal That the County Commissioners May Hereafter Decide. Prices Shall Be Firm on All Items Through June 30, 2025. The Board of County Commissioners Reserves the Right to Accept or Reject Any or All Bids.
