The project scope includes: System Equipment: Samsung DVMS 2 HR 240k BTU unit. 24 x AM009NNNDCH/AA Wind Free Mini 4-Way Ceiling Cassettes Mode Units: 1 x MCU-S12NEK1UN 12 Port Mode Unit. 1 x MCU-S8NEK1UN 8 Port Mode Unit. 1 x MCU-S6NEK1UN 6 Port Mode Unit. 24 x PC4SUFMUN Mini 4-Way Panels. 24 x 586WBS-8SW 1/4 x 1/4 ODS Valves. 24 x 586WBS-8SW 1/2" Braze fittings. 24 x MWR-WG01UN Advanced Wire Controllers. Ancillary Materials & Components: Required refrigerant lines and piping. Control wiring with all necessary terminations. Sealants for fire wall penetrations. Drain lines in compliance with system requirements. Adequate refrigerant charge as specified by the manufacturer. Vibration absorbing roof pad for equipment support. Installation Requirements: Mechanical mounting and securing of indoor units. Routing and secure installation of refrigerant lines and control wiring. Mandatory use of streamline double o-ring fittings for all interior connections to ensure a secure, leak-proof installation. Coordination with building management regarding fire safety and wall penetrations. Full commissioning and start-up procedures, including functional performance tests. Testing & Commissioning: Pressure testing on refrigerant lines. Electrical continuity and control system verification. Functional performance and system balancing tests. Documentation of all testing results, including a detailed commissioning report. Labor & Materials: Provision of all labor required (mechanical, electrical, and control installation).
