The City of Poteau will receive sealed bids on a General Contract for the City of Poteau Railroad Trail Project including concrete and asphalt paving, roadway patching, grading and drainage, retaining walls, solid slab sodding, signage, and striping. Bids shall be based on Unit Prices and include additive and deductive alternates w h e n a p p l i c a b l e . Contract will include 60 calendar days Start Time. Contract Time for completion of the Work will be 90 calendar days for Substantial Completion and 120 days Bid Security in the amount of five percent of the bid must accompany each bid in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. Bids shall remain binding on the Contractor for 60 days following the Bid Date. Owner reserves the right to waive irregularities and to reject bids. QA date - 29 August 2025 All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted to LANDSCAPE ARCHITECT in writing. Interpretations or clarifications considered necessary by LANDSCAPE ARCHITECT in response to such questions will be issued by Addenda mailed or delivered to all parties recorded by LANDSCAPE ARCHITECT as having received the Bidding Documents.
