Demolition and site work for a municipal facility in Johnstown, New York. Completed plans call for the demolition of a municipal facility; and for site work for a municipal facility.
Work shall include but is not limited to: Contract #1G: This work consists of the controlled demolition of a partially collapsed two story structure, removal and disposal of debris and restoration of the site. Building is believed to have lead and asbestos present. The Village has procured the services of an environmental consultant to provide monitoring and inspection services. Questions should be sent to Peter Martin, PE via email at pmartin@delawareengineering.com. Each bid must be accompanied by security in an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the amount of the bid in the form and subject to the conditions provided in the Information for Bidders. No Bidder may withdraw his bid within forty-five (45) days after the actual date of opening thereof. The right is reserved to waive any informalities in the Bid and to reject any or all Bids.
