Renovation of an educational facility in Johnsonburg, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Requesting a Lump Sum Bid to provide roof replacement to the existing roof areas at the Johnsonburg Area Elementary School. Roof replacement work shall include the following: Remove existing EPDM roof membrane, replace all wet or damaged insulation. Install 16'xl6'-l/4" per foot sumps at all roof drains. Provide mechanically fastened 1/2" HD recovery board for a warranty-required substrate over existing insulation. Install new .060 EPDM rubber membrane roofing with flashings for a 20year warranty. Install new .040 aluminum fascia system at the building perimeter. The Lump Sum Bid shall include, but not limited to, all required labor, demolition and removal, equipment, materials, and roof warranty. Pennsylvania prevailing wage rates apply. During the bid period, all questions that arise shall be emailed to Paul Asti or by calling the office at 814-965-2536 x3000. The Johnsonburg Area School District reserves the right to accept or reject any or all Bids, or any part of a Bid, and to waive informalities, and to award the Bid in the best interest of the Johnsonburg Area School District.
