Site work for a mixed-use development in Gypsum, Kansas. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
As of now January 6 2025 the project was awarded to McPherson Backhoe, Inc but the awarded amount is not available Installation of approximately 140 LF of 2" PVC water main and 8,295 LF of 6" PVC water main, with varying lengths of 1" HDPE service line and varying quantities and sizes of residential meter settings, gate valves, air release valves, and related appurtenances, including unpaved county road crossings, stream crossings, and driveway crossings.
