Demolition, site work and addition to a water / sewer project in Auburn, Indiana. Completed plans call for the addition of a water / sewer project; for the demolition of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
The City of Auburn is requesting Statements of Proposal/Qualifications from interested professionals/developers for the Design, Build, Operate, and/or Maintain the Water Department Building Expansion Project. In accordance with IC 5-23-5, the City of Auburn, Indiana, invites any and all qualified parties to submit Statements of Proposal/Qualifications (PSOQ), under a public-private partnership, to design, construct, maintain and/or operate the project, in Auburn, Indiana. The Project involves the development, design, construction, procurement of FFE (furniture, fixtures, and equipment), operation, and maintenance to the Project. The City of Auburn currently contemplates that the Project will include: Water building an expansion which includes 2-3 bays on the north and a new office/admin area on the south All required site work and parking lot Other renovations to the building identified during the scoping process.
