Site work, paving and outdoor lighting for a sidewalk / parking lot in Auburn, Indiana. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for outdoor lighting for a sidewalk / parking lot.

City of Auburn, Indiana, by and through its Board of Public Works & Safety,hereinafter referred to as the Owner, will receive sealed bid proposals for the STATE ROAD 8 SIDEWALK IMPROVEMENTS PROJECT Bidders are responsible for the timely delivery of their bids which shall consist of one (1) original and one (1)copy of the complete bid package submittal. All bids shall be in sealed envelopes bearing the Project title, STATEROAD 8 SIDEWALK IMPROVEMENTS PROJECT and include the name and address of the bidder. Contractor must also submit with the bid, a Bid Bond or a Cashier's check made payable to the CITY OF AUBURN, INDIANA, for five percent (5%) of the bid total. Project will have a construction start date of March 19, 2025, a substantial completion date of August 1, 2025,and a final completion date of August 15, 2025. Project includes sidewalk, drive apron and lighting improvements along State Road 8 between Grand staff Drive and Depot Street. The project consists of furnishing all labor, materials, services, equipment, tools, transportation, and miscellaneous equipment necessary for the construction of the State Road 8 Sidewalk Improvements Project per the Project Manual, Construction Drawings and Specifications.The work consists of but is not limited to: selective site demolitions and the installation of asphalt paving, curb,gutter, concrete sidewalk, lighting, landscaping, signage, and other improvements as outlined in the plans and specifications. For bidding purposes,additional sets of the project documents will be available to contractors at a cost of $25.00 per set (no partial sets) and $25.00 per manual (no partial manuals). Refunds will not be available for any project sets or manuals.Additionally, plans may be viewed Monday through Friday 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. at the City of Auburn Engineering Department, 210 S. Cedar Street, 2 nd Floor, Auburn, IN 46706. The City of Auburn will make reasonable accommodations to people with disabilities.
