Site work and new construction of a multi-residential development in Auburn, Indiana. Completed plans call for the construction of a multi-residential development; and for site work for a multi-residential development.
This project will be awarded based on the following criteria: Lowest Responsible Bidder based on - Past Experiences, Availability to Commence, Duration of Key Milestones, Minority, Women, and or Disadvantaged Business Enterprise. All bidders must comply with State and Local Fiscal Recovery Funds SLFRF , Indiana Economic Development Corporation (IEDC) READI Project & the City of Auburn Redevelopment Commission. All requests & questions are to be submitted to JICI, Inc attention, Ken Wilson at bids@jici.com. All responses will in published back to all bidders via email. Each bid proposal shall include all labor, material, equipment, and services necessary to complete the full scope of work in a manner that is timely and meets the demands of the project. A Bid Form will be supplied. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids. JICI Construction is seeking sub-contractor bids for the following trades, however, an exact deadline has yet to be determined.
