This project will be awarded based on the following criteria: Lowest Responsible Bidder based on - Past Experiences, Availability to Commence, Duration of Key Milestones, Minority, Women, and or Disadvantaged Business Enterprise. All bidders must comply with State and Local Fiscal Recovery Funds SLFRF , Indiana Economic Development Corporation (IEDC) READI Project & the City of Auburn Redevelopment Commission.
