"ADG will be receiving sealed bids for supplying the following Bid Packages (#31-6613 Rammed Aggregate Piers, #03-0010 Building Concrete #05-0510 Structural Steel Erection, #32-0010 Site Work) for the New "The Auburn" Multi-Story & Multi-Tenant Building located at 301 S Main Street, Auburn, IN. The Bidding Contractor will be responsible for the following scope in their respective Bid Packages, but not limited to, the following: All labor, All Materials & All Equipment. Unless specifically noted otherwise, clarified, or excluded. The Project will be tentatively awarded the week of Monday June 16, 2025. Final approval of the contract will come from Auburn Development Group "ADG". All requests & questions are to be submitted to JICI, Inc attention, Ken Wilson at bids@jici.com. All responses will in published back to all bidders via email. Each bid proposal shall include all labor, material, equipment, and services necessary to complete the full scope of work in a manner that is timely and meets the demands of the project. A Bid Form will be supplied. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids. Bids shall be submitted on the forms provided by the Construction Manager with all blanks filled in. Bid Form and other documents required to be submitted with the Bid shall be enclosed in a sealed envelope with the Bidder's name, addressed to the Construction Manager, JICI, Inc., and shall be identified as "Bid - Auburn Development Group "ADG - "The Auburn" - Package # & Description" clearly identified on the sealed envelope. Bids received after the designated time for closing will be returned unopened. Bids may be withdrawn prior to the designated time, but no bids shall be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) days thereafter.
