For street project bids greater than $300,000.00, Contractor must provide a copy of valid INDOT certificate of qualification pursuant to IC 8-23-10. 8th Street Parking Lot Project is the replacement of a temporary asphalt grinding parking lot with Porous Asphalt Pavement, the project is located at the end of 8 th Street, south of 7 th Street, and lies adjacent to Cedar Creek. Project consists of total reconstruction of a temporary asphalt grinding parking lot at varying widths of 82 to 98 feet, and a length of 144 to 150 feet for a total of 1,827 square yards, with pavement section to be 4 inches of porous asphalt on 8 inches of limestone base, including the placement of approximately 115 linear feet of 8-inch perforated dual wall pipe, 30 linear feet of 8-inch PVC SDR 35. Also including the placement of one 30 inch catch basin with flat open grate lid and connection into a 24-inch concrete storm sewer.
