Contractor shall supply all other equipment, materials, and labor necessary to install new electrical service and new water service as detailed on plans and specifications for the Sandstone Campground at Kanopolis State Park. Contractor shall start work only after all materials are procured and on site or in the contractor's possession. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all Bids and to waive technicalities and formalities for the acceptance or rejection of Bids, should such action be deemed in the best interest of the Owner. The Owner may terminate the contract due to unforeseen lack of funding for the project. The Owner reserves the right to accept or reject any or all Alternates submitted with the Bid before award of the Contract. Calendar Days: Contractor agrees, if awarded the Contract, to complete the Work of the Contract within 60 calendar days form the "Notice to Proceed" issued by KDWP Project Manager. The "Notice to Proceed" will be issued once all materials are procured and onsite.
