This project consists of community outreach and engagement to facilitate the community visioning process and development of a Park Master Plan. The Consultant is expected to also engage several project partners and stakeholders, including those entities involved with acquisition, all who have an active interest in the park's development. The goal of his project is to create a Park Master Plan that evaluates preferences for recreation activities and park amenities and reflects our community's vision for the park. Key project elements include: General project management, site analysis and research, stakeholder interviews, project coordination with the City and project partners, public workshops, community surveys, development of a concept plan, and estimate of probable capital costs.
