CC - Cascadia Lower Level Vista Reno/Equity & Inclusion Center The Project consists of improvements to two spaces in Cascadia College Buildings CC1 and CC2. Associated work includes but is not limited to the following: 1. Building CC1 Equity & Inclusion Center (CC1-002): a. Selective demolition of doors and frames, and framed corridor wall, at entry to space, including associated materials, hardware, and devices. b. New full-height framed corridor wall with structural header, tied into existing soffit. c. New sliding wood door assembly, with one active and one fixed panel. d. Repair and painting of existing interior wall and soffit surfaces, and painting of existing acoustic ceiling tile and grid. e. Painting of new wall surfaces and transparent finish at sliding wood door assembly. f. Limited carpet tile replacement on each side of the sliding wood door assembly, and rubber wall base. 2. Building CC2 Vista Space (CC2-000E): a. Selective demolition of built-in casework, devices and fittings, and fabrications associated with former coffee shop in the Vista space located at Building CC2. b. Plumbing and electrical improvements to support expanded use of Vista as a student lounge, including provisions for vending machines. c. Repair and painting of selected wall surfaces. d. Replacement of existing rubber sheet flooring with new rubber tile flooring, and existing rubber wall base with new rubber base. Work includes slab preparation Question Deadline 12/11/2024
