Summary of Work: the City of Bothell is Seeking Qualifications From Qualified Firms to Complete the Final Design (100% Construction Documents) for the Sammamish River and Waynita Creek Restoration Project; Including, Final Cost Report, 90% & 100% Ps&e (Plans, Specifications, and Estimates) Sheets, All Necessary Services to Secure Environmental Permits Required for Construction Commencement, and Preparation of the Construction Bid Package and Specifications. Prior to Proceeding to the Final Design, the Current Design Plan Set Will Need Additional Hydrologic Modeling and Further Design Refinements to Achieve the Overall Project Goals. The Goal of This Project is to Provide a Sustainable Refuge and Rearing Habitat for Salmonids and Native Fish Throughout All Life Stages During Migration and Elevated Streamflows Within Waynita Creek. The Selected Consultant Must Have the Capability to Complete the Entire Design and Permitting Process, Acquire Right-of-way, and Provide Construction Engineering Support Services. It is Anticipated That the Consultant Will Begin Work Immediately Towards90% Design. The Consultant, at the Option of the City, May Also Be Contracted to Complete Additional Phases, Such Construction Engineering Services.
