Bothell Operation Center Generator Supply The Products and Services for which bids will be received are briefly described below and more specifically described in the Proposal Form. The bidder to supply one new 750 KW generator and all components as required for complete system, to be located at the City of Bothell Operations Center, 21233 20th Ave SE, Bothell, WA 98021 as outlined in the Specifications attached. This procurement is for supply only. A future procurement will be advertised for the installation of this generator. The City of Bothell ("City") reserves the right to accept a proposal of the bidder submitting the lowest responsible and responsive bid, to reject any or all bids, revise or cancel the Products and Services to be performed, or to obtain the Products and Services otherwise, if the best interest of the City is served thereby. The City reserves the right to reject any and all Bids not in compliance with all prescribed procedures and requirements, waive minor irregularities not affecting substantial rights and make the award as deemed to be in the best interest of the City, and may for good cause, reject any or all bids upon a finding of the City that it is in the public interest to do so. The City also reserves the right to postpone the bid award for a period of thirty (30) calendar days after bid submission.
