The LIFT STATION 1 IMPROVEMENTS: BYPASS PIPING (FKA: WAYNITA WAY NE SEWER TIGHTLINE) proposes to install sanitary sewer system improvements within Waynita Way NE and 96th Avenue NE between NE Riverbend Drive and NE 162nd Street. The general aspects of this work will involve installing sewer force mains within the public right of way and across an existing bridge over the Sammamish River as well as pavement patch, grind and overlay, replacement of damaged curb/ gutter/sidewalk, and new ADA curb ramps at the intersection of NE Riverbend Drive and 96th Avenue NE The total estimated cost for this project is in the range of $1,700,000 to $1,900,000 *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. The number of working days for Physical Completion of this project is one hundred thirty (130).
