Site work for a civil project in Media, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.

This Project generally includes the relocation of the Fair Acres Pump Station sewage force main; two sewage force main crossings of Baltimore Pike; installation of a bypass and meter pit at the Fair Acres Pump Station; associated site work and restoration; installation of E&S controls; and associated work identified in the Contract Documents. Bids shall be on a unit price basis. The estimated cost is greater than Twenty-five Thousand Dollars ($25,000) and the Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act shall apply. Telephone inquiries are unacceptable Bid security in the form a Certified Check or Bid Bond shall be furnished with the bid in an amount not less than 10%. All bidders are hereby notified that in regard to any contract pursuant to this advertisement, businesses will be afforded full opportunity to submit bids in response to this notice and will not be subjected to discrimination on the basis of gender, race, color, creed, sex, age, physical disability or national origin in consideration for an award. Similarly, the successful bidder shall in no manner discriminate against or intimidate any employee involved in the manufacture of supplies, the performance of work, or any other activity required under the contract on account of gender, race, creed or color. The Middletown Township Sewer Authority reserves the right to waive any defects, errors, omissions, mistakes, informalities, to accept any bid or combination of bids that are deemed to be in the best interest of the Middletown Township Sewer Authority and to reject any or all proposals. Bidding Documents may be downloaded from the designated website. Prospective Bidders are urged to register with the designated website as a plan holder, even if Bidding Documents are obtained from a plan room or source other than the designated website in either electronic or paper format. The designated website will be updated periodically with addenda, lists of registered plan holders, reports, and other information relevant to submitting a Bid for the Project. All official notifications, addenda, and other Bidding Documents will be offered only through the designated website. Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for Bidding Documents, including addenda, if any, obtained from sources other than the designated website.
