A. General Project Information: The project consists of the demolition of the existing boys locker room, showers, toilet rooms, and office space and construction of the new Boys' Locker Room including locker room, toilet and shower facilities, team rooms, and associated office space, new windows, fire protection, and MEP work including replacement of the associated rooftop HVAC unit, at Scituate High School, Scituate, MA. B. The work will include all operations necessary to deliver the locker rooms, offices, and toilet/shower facilities in a fully installed and operable condition including all utility and obtaining all necessary licenses, permits, and certificates. C. The scope of work, without limiting the generality thereof, includes all labor, materials, equipment and services required to perform the work described fully in the Drawings and Specifications and includes, but is not limited to the following major work: 1.
