Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; for outdoor lighting for a sidewalk / parking lot; water / sewer project; and water / sewer project.

This project consists of improvements to the parking lot, adjacent seawall and rip rap armor stones, lighting, and miscellaneous work in accordance with the above referenced documents. All bids must be submitted in accordance with the Contract Documents and shall be accompanied by a bid deposit in the amount of 5% of the value of the bid. Bid deposits, payable to the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, Department of Fish and Game, shall be in the form of a bid bond, certified, cashier's or treasurer's check issued by a responsible bank or trust company. An award will not be made to any Contractor who is not able to complete the work no later than June 15, 2025. The right is reserved to waive any informality in or reject any or all proposals.
