The anticipated Notice to Proceed date for the project is March 21, 2025. Additional Description: Project pre-qualification requirements: Contractor must show experience as prime contractor for at least two (2) gravity sewer main projects with a minimum of 500 feet of 12-inch or larger sewer pipe within the last 10 years. Projects listed must have similar and relevant physical components to those of this project. The Owner has absolute final determination if the Contractor's experience is relevant or similar. Est.
