Provide all labor, materials, equipment, and permits to construct energy upgrades at two (2) resident homes at the Department's Chelan Hatchery, located at 77 Beebe Fish Hatchery Rd., and 79 Beebe Fish Hatchery Rd., Chelan Falls, Washington 98817, GPS Coordinates 47.82151, -119.97621, in Grant County. If the project is estimated at or above one million dollars, a mandatory 15 percent Apprentice labor hours of the total labor hours are a requirement of this contract. Minority and Women's Business Enterprises (MWBE) are encouraged to participate in the bidding as prime contractors, subcontractors, or suppliers.
