Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Chelan, Washington. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
This Contract provides for the improvement of pedestrian and cyclist facilities along US97A from Water Street to West Woodin Avenue. Improvements will require clearing and grubbing, erosion control, roadway excavation, earthwork, utility adjustments, stormwater conveyance, stormwater treatment devices, base course, concrete sidewalk and curbing, ADA compliant curb ramps, driveway entrances, paving, landscaping, irrigation, pavement markings, signage, traffic control and other work, all in accordance with the attached Contract Plans, Contract Provisions, and the Standard Specifications.
