Site work and paving for a road / highway in Chelan, Washington. Conceptual plans call for site work for a one-story above grade road / highway.
Chelan County is soliciting interest from consulting firms for providing preliminary engineering and construction support for the Binder and Tigner Road Improvements project, County Road Project 685 (CRP 685), which is federally funded through the Highway Safety Improvement Program. The consultant's deliverables will include design/assessing and developing a stormwater system and retaining walls, preparation of a Design Documentation Package, Hydraulics Report, Contract Plans, Specifications, Estimates and Construction Schedule, provision of construction feasibility information and review, advertisement period support, and construction support. Optional services may include construction inspection and materials testing. Consultant services will be completed in accordance with Federal and State Law, in compliance with Federal EEO requirements, ADA, and Civil Rights regulations. Disadvantaged, minority, and women-owned consultant firms are encouraged to respond. There is no Disadvantaged Business Enterprises (DBE) goal. Bidders will not be discriminated against on the grounds of race, color, or national origin in consideration for an award. An electronic submittal is required.
