Site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in Chelan, Washington. Conceptual plans call for site work for a one-story above grade sidewalk / parking lot.
Chelan County Public Works Department solicits interest from consulting firms to provide preliminary engineering and construction support for Chelan County's School Street Pedestrian Improvement project, County Road Project 752 (CRP 752). The consultant's deliverables will include design, assessing and developing a stormwater system and illumination system. Additional deliverables include preparation of a Design Documentation Package; Hydraulics Report; Contract Plans, Specifications, Estimates and Construction Schedule; Construction feasibility information and review; Advertisement period support; and Construction support. Optional consultant services may include Construction Inspection and Materials Testing. Consultant services will be completed in accordance with Federal and State Law. All bidders will be afforded full and fair opportunity to submit bids and will not be discriminated against on the grounds of race, color, or national origin in consideration for an award. This is a federally funded project and must comply with Federal EEO, ADA and Civil Rights regulations and requirements applicable to the County. There is no Disadvantaged Business Enterprises (DBE) goal.
