Work to be performed includes: renovation of existing restroom facility and play amenities, concrete walkways, beach sand, signage, landscaping, and other park improvements to the Lakeside Park in Chelan. A. Work includes but is not limited to following: 1. All work required for normal rough carpentry including but not limited to structural lumber and non-structural lumber, engineered wood framing lumber blocking, nailers, ground strips, plates, curbs, plywood, and fasteners. 2.
