A timeline for the award has not yet been established.** This project includes the draining of the existing lake near Quail Ridge Lodge, removing and disposing of existing fish habitat, remove sediment, repair any rodent damage and erosion ssues and then install a new lake liner, compacted clay, fish habitat and bubblers. St. Charles County is seeking bids for Quail Ridge Lake Renovation. The vendor must guarantee the quoted prices for a period of Ninety (90) days. St. Charles County reserves the right to accept and/or reject any and all bids.
