The City of Amarillo is looking for bids for the material, labor and equipment for the replacement of the Makeup Air Unit for River Road Water Reclamation Facility per the provided Scope of Work. The successful offeror will be required to furnish a performance bond in accordance with Chapter 2253, Government Code, in the amount of 100% of the total contract price in the event that said contract price exceeds $100,000 and the successful offeror will be required to furnish a payment bond in accordance with Chapter 2253, Government Code, in the amount of 100% of the total contract price in the event that said contract price exceeds $50,000. Said statutory bonds shall be issued by a company carrying a current Best Rating of "A" or better. Notice to Proceed will be issued 30 days following the award of the contract by the Amarillo City Council.
