Site work, paving and new construction of a medical facility in Amarillo, Texas. Completed plans call for the construction of a 162,189-square-foot, three-story above grade, 75-bed medical facility; for site work for a medical facility; and for paving for a medical facility.
As of February 24, 2025, bid selection for bid package 1 is underway and sitework may have started. Bid package #3 is currently out to bid under a separate listing. The previous solicitation is listed below for reference. This is already a Lott Brothers awarded project. This is the final sub bidding round for award of the following Trades: - Abatement - Demo - Earthwork - Erosion Control - Paving - Pavement Markings / Parking Signage Although a firm timeline has not been confirmed, construction is not expected to start prior to first quarter 2025.
