Construction is expected to start late August 2025. *The closed solicitation has been included below for reference: The project involves the renovation of the existing Emergency Room Department located at 400 East Tickle Road, Dyersburg, TN 38024. The scope of work will include but is not limited to: Enhancing patient flow and increasing capacity from 16 beds to 22 beds. Adding Negative Pressure isolation rooms and reconfiguring the triage area Modernizing the facility to meet the latest healthcare guidelines and technologies. Addressing the integration of essential services such as triage, trauma, imaging, and patient observation areas. Implementing advanced mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems suitable for emergency care environments. Ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, including ADA requirements. The design for the project is anticipated to start on January 13, 2025, and the project must be completed by June 30, 2026. The selected. architectural firm will be responsible for providing full architectural design services from conceptual design through project closeout, including construction administration and coordination with relevant consultants. Jackson Madison County General Hospital District reserves the right to reject any and all submissions, to request additional information from any firm, and to negotiate with the selected firm. This RFQ does not commit Jackson Madison County General Hospital District to award a contract or to pay any costs incurred in the preparation of a response. This project will be partially federally funded and the selected firm will be required to comply with federal grant requirements.
