Renovation of an educational facility in Maryville, Missouri. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Central Plant Upgrades Boiler Plant Phase 2 Scope: The project includes the following: The removal of steam service to nine (9) existing buildings (Performing Arts Center, Garett-Strong, Owens Library, The Station, Dieterich Hall, Franken Hall, Millikan Hall, East Tower Suites, West Tower Suites). The steam service and the associated condensate service for eight (8) of the buildings shall be removed back to the existing Central Boiler Plant. The steam service and associated condensate service and the existing abandoned chilled water piping for the Performing Arts Center shall be removed back to the South Complex Building. Replacement of select portions of the insulation on the existing chilled water mains within the existing tunnel between the Chiller Plant and The Station. Replacement of select pipe supports within the existing tunnel between the Chiller Plant and The Station. The construction of three (3) new hydronic boiler plants including heat exchangers, pumps, hydronic accessories, piping, and controls to serve these nine (9) buildings. The replacement of the existing heating water loop pumps and associated hydronic accessories at the Performing Arts Center, Garett-Strong, The Station, Dieterich Hall, Franken Hall, Millikan Hall, East Tower Suites, and West Tower Suites. The replacement of existing air handling unit heating water coils at GarrettStrong. MBE/WBE/SDVE Goals: MBE 10%, WBE 10% & SDVE 3%
