Phase I is completed when there is agreement on the Project schedule and a guaranteed maximum price (GMP). o Phase II construction services, in which the CMAR assumes the general contractor role, encompass further design review, procurement of subcontractors and vendors, self-performance of certain elements of the construction (where permitted and at the Owner's discretion), and full construction and commissioning. The Project scope includes but is not limited to the following: 1. Construction of a new WTP and associated facilities 2.
