Reference Number 0000282362 Question Acceptance Deadline 2024/12/09 03:00:00 PM EST 1.1. This Specifications Document shall cover the landscape maintenance requirements for the Purchaser and shall include but not be limited to the following: winter kill top dressing along sidewalks Spring clean-up turf maintenance designing/planting of all annual beds shrub and flower maintenance bed maintenance including the supply of mulch, annuals, and replacement perennials as needed hard landscape maintenance sweeping of pedestrian areas winter preparation 1.2. The exact limits of work shall be verified with review of the QCH Map provided in the Appendix D - Site Map and confirm with the Purchaser representative should there be any doubts or concerns. 1.3. Clean-up, disposal and reporting of hazardous waste must be reported to the Purchaser representative assigned as the main contact for the Contract. The Purchaser representative will provide direction as required. Official bid documents must be obtained from www.merx.com and bid submissions must be done through the Merx platform.
