Renovation of an educational facility in Sherwood Park, Alberta. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.

The scope of this project contains the following: 1. Replace existing rooftop heating ventilation unit (E)HV-1 with new, including all associated ductwork, gas, electrical, and controls modifications required. 2. "Automatic Controls" shall complete the BMCS programming/integration and graphics scopes of work. 3. Verify condition of four (4) hydronic reheat coils. 4. Professionally clean all existing ductwork served by (E)HV-1 including existing hydronic reheat coils. 5. Re-use existing low pressure gas distribution. Due to required gas sizes, welding will be required. 6. Coordinate changes in gas utility loading with the local utility provider. 7. Modify existing structural roof stand and sleepers supporting (E)HV-1, as necessary to support (N)HV-1. (N)HV-1 shall be different dimensions but less weight than (E)HV-1. 8. Provide thermal insulation scopes on all ductwork. Provide aluminum cladding on all outdoor ductwork. 9. Provide airflow testing, adjusting, and balancing of (N)HV-1 and associated ductwork. Perform pre-demolition airflow measurements of (E)HV-1 and associated ductwork for reference in balancing (N)HV-1. 10. Provide new remote panel of (N)HV-1. Provide new sequences of operation, and integrate into existing BMCS graphics. 11. Provide new 20A convenience receptacle for (N)HV-1. 12. (N)HV-1 suggested fuse size is larger than (E)HV-1 suggested fuse size. Disconnect (E)HV1. Verify condition and sizing of existing feeders, disconnects, fuses, breakers, etc. and reuse if possible, or provide new if necessary. Confirm (E)HV-1 panel location on site. 13. Provide manufacturer certified start-up and commissioning for major equipment. Provide start-ups as necessary for complete and functional mechanical systems. 14. Provide owners training.
