It would also help to ease the issue of overcrowded schools without compromising access to high-quality education. As a result, the District seeks to contract an experienced virtual school provider to launch a full-time,statewide, turnkey, high-quality K-12 virtualschool and offer full-time and part-time options in-District. Goals and Objectives The District seeks an experienced firm who can implement a turnkey K-12 virtual school that will meet or exceed goals and objectives in academic achievement, family engagement, and support, student services, technology integration and innovation, and continuous improvement and accountability. The firm must also demonstrate its capacity to provide turnkey services in marketing, admissions, human resources, budget and finance, and facilities management. The virtual school's overarching goal is to ensure that all students meet or exceed all applicable proficiency and competency standards while meeting all state and local requirements.
